All of the artists that Barry will be working with have a large following. This will most likely expose Barry and the Bee Gees music to a lot Wouldn’t it be great if one of the songs get release and charts or goes to number one? As much as I would love to hear new music I think this is a good move. THEN, next, he needs to put out new music on a new solo album. After a couple of number one’s off the Greenfields album, his follow-up album should do very well. 😊 From: Words@brothersgibb.com To: Words List Member Subject: [Words] New song from Greenfields nice to see a version of this song finally officially released, but honestly speaking a little disappointed that the new album just consists of reworkings of Bee Gees classics... One of my favorite Pesci quotes from Casino. Nicky Santoro, played by Pesci, talking to Sam Rothstein, played by De Niro, banker— Charlie Clark. “I think in all fairness, I should explain to you exactly what it is that I do. For instance tomorrow morning I'll get up nice and early, take a walk down over to the bank and... walk in and see and, uh... if you don't have my money for me, I'll... crac Kitt- Sent from my iPad > On Dec 1, 2020, at 8:33 PM, cmathis@brothersgibb.com wrote: > > > Joe Pesci - Sings To Love Somebody (yes, really) > > https://youtu.be/11_GaV8RZiU > > > "Words & Music", Fans Of The Brothers Gibb ( Bee Gees ) > http://www.brothersgibb.com > > To unsubscribe, send a message to Words-unsubscribe@brothersgibb.com Back to top

I agree, it should garner more followers, or at least streams. To be honest, I never thought Barry would do this. For some artists it plays like desperation. But if he can get chart placement.. If I remember correctly I think Pesci was friends with Tommy DeVito. They portrayed this in Jersey Boys. I seen Frankie twice a few years back. Fort Worth, TX and Asbury Park, NJ. His falsetto was still descent. I liked Frankie, but at times he could sound like a caterwauling cat. Lol. The first time that I remember seeing Pesci was in 1980, Raging Bull. De Niro and Pesci have been friends for years and Robert has been known to put Pesci in his movies. Excellent movie. That car scene where Joe beat a mans head with the door was classic Vinny Gambini: Look, it's either me or them. You're gettin' f***ed one way or the other. Heh he. Vinny Gambini: Hey, relax, I'm gonna help you. Stan: Gee thanks. Vinny Gambini: Excuse me, I think a modicum of gratitude would not be out of line here. Stan: You think I should be grateful? Vinny Gambini: Yeah, it's your ass, not mine. I think you should be grateful. I think you should be down on your f***in' knees. Stan: I didn't know it was such an honor to get a visit from you. Vinny Gambini: I'm doing a favor, you know. You're gettin' me for nothing, you little f***. Stan: That's one hell of an ego you got. Vinny Gambini: What the f*** is your problem? I did not come down here just to get jerked off. Stan: I'm not jerking you off. I'm not doing anything. Vinny Gambini: That's it. You're on your own. I'll just take care of Sleeping Beauty. Bill: Vinny. Vinny bag'o donuts. Kitt- Sent from my iPad > On Dec 1, 2020, at 11:20 PM, jslbigd33 via Words wrote: > > Interesting side note on Mr. Peci.
