Lee ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 19 Dec 2002 14:26:19 +0100 From: beegees-forever@jazzfree.com Subject: I want to be positive. Hola amigos, I want to be positive in these terms: The knowledge of the new fortcoming Robin's solo album, made me very happy, because I was thinking in a new Gibb project until 2004 or 2005. I like Robin's voice, and it doesn't matter to me if he didn't write any of the new songs. The knowledge of Barry Agreement also made me happy because he would release new songs, and some old songs can be re-edited? covered by other artists?. That's always positive for me. I prefer Bee Gees performing and solo writing than 'not doing anything in years'..... don't you think? I wouldn't be surprised if Mo would make Agreements for producing future Musicals or Soundtracks as he did before, but I think paintball weights stronger than music at the actual moment. Perhaps it would change in the future, but I'm not sure of it. I only hope that in the future, another 3 Gibb producing will appear and all of us could listen at. Happy Christmas and a Happy new year to all of you. Sincerily. (Andy we still remember you). Juanjo. The appearances they've made throughout 2002 are NOT what I would call a tour by any definition of the word. But maybe that's just my American/Crazy Yank way of looking at it. There's still a few days left of 2002 so there's plenty of time for the Bee Gees to set up a few ONO gigs. ;) Ronnie Olsson The Omnipotent King of Scania & The Court Jester at Cucumber Castle Wanted List - http://klippan.seths.se/~kl19082a/ http://www.brothersgibb.com Bee Gees News and Information ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 19 Dec 2002 16:41:00 +0100 From: Ronnie Olsson Subject: Re: Barry and Michael Jackson 02-12-19 03.13, skrev Diane p=E5 dweiden@ix.netcom.com f=F6ljande: > From Billboard.com >=20 > Billboard Bits: Gibb/Jackson; Lonestar, Music Midtown >=20 >=20 > Bee Gees principal Barry Gibb is > currently collaborating with Michael > Jackson on new material for an > as-yet-undisclosed project, Billboard > Bulletin reports. Considering how many songs MJ recorded for Invincible an= d how many were discarded the end result could be more unreleased Gibb material. For me the interesting part of the collabaration is not what what the press may say, but what kind of music they can create together. They are certainly both among the very best writers in the history of pop music. I am confident that they will come up with something interesting. didn't the chairman of Warner call it "his extraordinary new material".
