You probably know this already, but, in case you or anyone else doesn't know about it, http://8eatles.com/bee/at-z.html has lyrics to all known Gibb songs, but they are not the official lyrics and I have often disagreed with the words as they are shown on there. On the other hand if you're struggling to hear the words, it helps to see someone else's interpretation. Being an unreleased song, I very much doubt that any official lyrics to HAR are publicly available. BTW I'm trying to put together a website giving info I'm putting together from various sources, on all their songs with links to their lyrics and a lyric search. I'll let you know when is ready, but don't hold your breath - I've got other commitments at the moment and I'm only on Bee Gees' 1st! It makes me realise how much work other people have put into similar websites.
