To be honest the only philanthropy was the scrapbook And before I donated them I asked Barry (through Dick) would he want them. But I never heard back
I was going to sell the rest of the collection anyway (I've kept the CDs and a poster or two) and they offered me a very good price.
Interesting thing is when i asked what they were going to do with it they said they will document it all then file it.
It won't be open to go and visit but if someone wants it for an exhibition ...
Its really about keep things for posterity/historical purposes
