They are my great > loves. I realize that when you are asked the same questions over and over the best way to cope is to reuse the same answers. But this one is getting a little dated. The last song he wrote was... co-writing one song on Magnet in 2002, and before that some songs with B & M in 2000. If composing is really his great love-- and I want to believe him-- what's going on? > Q: If you were to die tomorrow, what would you want to tell your family > today? > > Robin: To make the most of life =3F it is too short. Amen to that. Not a single reporter in the World can do this easy question?. I'm asking Toni. > Q: If you were to lose your voice tomorrow and can't sing anymore, what > would you do? > > Robin: I would go on writing and composing music. They are my great > loves. Barry, you have been missed but it's great to hear you again! I'm impressed to hear his voice so prominent in a non-duet song, wonder if that is the case with the rest of the album? The opening is classic Barry Gibb, at least to my ears. The Guilty Pleasures websites offers a video of Letting Go on Monday, can't wait to hear Barbra's version. Heck, can't wait for the album to be released...! /Ronnie http://www.brothersgibb.com Bee Gees News and Information ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 17 Aug 2005 16:33:01 +0200 From: "Toni Quintana" Subject: Re: Video on Amazon.com - Troubleshoot > Wow, I guess it has to be said... > Barry, you have been missed but it's great to hear you again! > I'm impressed to hear his voice so prominent in a non-duet song, > wonder if that is the case with the rest of the album? > The opening is classic Barry Gibb, at least to my ears. > > The Guilty Pleasures websites offers a video of Letting Go on > Monday, can't wait to hear Barbra's version. > Heck, can't wait for the album to be released...! > > /Ronnie I guess I'm going to "hibernation mode" to make time run faster. The song is a great piece of Gibb. Toni. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 17 Aug 2005 10:38:27 -0400 From: "Darlene" Subject: Re: Video on Amazon.com - Troubleshoot Absolutely breathtaking! And what a pretty (definitely BeeGee-style) song it is. Didn't he? Well, look at what you've done people! lol I kinda like the refreshing one-single note refrain, it makes the Gees part work like never before. I wish Barry dropped Babs and found someone who'd inspire him, because this one sounds like a work.
